Welcome to Rock Solutions, your trusted local recycled aggregate material supplier in Flagstaff, Arizona. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. Payment balance is due upon delivery. There will be no refunds available one material has been delivered.

Load Size Variations

Please note that load sizes may vary slightly due to the nature of the materials and the capacity of our delivery vehicles. We strive for accuracy, but minor discrepancies may occur.
If the delivered load is smaller or larger than ordered, adjustments to the final invoice will be made accordingly. This may result in either an additional charge or a partial refund.

Delivery and Liability

Our team is committed to delivering your materials safely and efficiently. However, Rock Solutions is not liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur on-site during delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a safe and accessible delivery location, please ensure that the delivery area is prepared and that any specific instructions are communicated clearly to our team in advance.
Rock Solutions is not liable for any damage to customer provided or third party delivery vehicles.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to future orders at our discretion.

Product Quality and Disputes

We take pride in the quality of our materials, but it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the material ordered meets their specifications and needs.
Any disputes regarding the materials or services must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Coconino County.
